You will be required to sign some forms which are all officially translated into English for you. Our company formation service is fully inclusive. Beware of cheap services offering company formation where all the procedures are not carried out (And charged for later when these services are required). As part of the company registration process you are NO LONGER required to deposit 5000BGN (approximately £1750) into a company registration account. We will assist you in opening your new company account in a choice of local banks with English speaking staff.

When opening your account you will be required to pay a tax of 10BGN (£3.50) to the bank, there are no charges for withdrawing your money after the company is ready. If you cant stay in Bulgaria to wait for your company being formed, we are able to assign you with a Power Of Attorney to complete any property purchase on your behalf. Generally Power Of Attorneys are issued for the purpose of buying property only. You are only required to visit our office once for around half an hour to complete the company formation, afterwards you will need to visit the bank (up to half an hour again) and then sign your documents in front of a Notary (ten minutes). Once your company is ready you are then free to buy as much land and property in Bulgaria as you wish and place it into your newly formed company.
